Smashing Pumpkins postpone Chicago show
The Smashing Pumpkins ' Saturday (11/22) night concert at the Auditorium Theatre in Chicago had to be postponed because singer Billy Corgan was not feeling well. Corgan reportedly started feeling ill near the end of the band's Friday (11/21) night show at the Auditorium.
The concert was part of four-night mini-residency in Chicago, which featured two shows at the Auditorium and two at the Chicago Theatre. The first night of each pair of shows was dubbed the "Black Sunshine" shows. The second night, which was designed to complete a thematic arch, was called "White Crosses."
The canceled "White Crosses" show has been rescheduled for Dec. 8, according to the Chicago Tribune. Tickets will be honored on the new date.
