Smash Hits Tour 2000 Lineup Includes Billie Piper, Boyzone Duo
LONDON--Billie Piper and Boyzone members Keith Duffy and Shane Lynch are to headline this year's Smash Hits Tour, Britain's largest annual touring pop event. The five-date venture, innovated by U.K. teen music publication Smash Hits, will kick off in Cardiff, Wales on Nov. 28.
The outing will be Duffy and Lynch's first live appearance as a duo apart from Boyzone. (The two also plan to record a cover of Milli Vanilli's "Girl You Know It's You.")
Other acts confirmed for the tour are Samantha Mumba, A1, Westlife and MTV presenter and singer Richard Blackwood.
