According to an E! News report, the couple seemed very happy when spotted dining with family and friends at a trendy restaurant in the old-town section of San Juan.

On Monday (12/29), a rep for Lopez told E! there was no merit to the New York Daily News report that claimed the couple would announce their breakup at Anthony's Madison Square Garden show on Valentine's Day.
