Louisville indie/jam-rockers My Morning Jacket celebrated 10 years in 2008. The year also marked a tipping point for the group, which was nominated for a Grammy Award.

Although MMJ appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman in 2006--with The Boston Pops no less--the perfect storm came last year, when the group released its critically acclaimed fifth studio album, "Evil Urges." The band--which picked up many new fans with its previous album, 2005's "Z"--began its re-emergence by appearing on "Saturday Night Live" to preview tracks from "Evil Urges." The group also gave a few epic performances on the festival circuit, most notably at the Bonnaroo Music Festival, where MMJ played a four-hour set with special guest appearances from Kirk Hammett ( Metallica ), stand up comic Zach Galifianakis and the Nashville-Louisville horns.

This past fall, My Morning Jacket stopped at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley, CA, during the tour in support of "Evil Urges," LiveDaily photographer Tim Mosenfelder was there, and here are some of the shots he took.
