Saving Abel guitarist, guitar tech cleared of sex charges

Up-and-coming rockers Saving Abel , who are appearing this month on some tour dates with Avenged Sevenfold, Buchcherry and Papa Roach, are moving forward after clearing up last week's legal troubles.

Charges of felony sex with a minor have been dropped against guitarist Jason Null and guitar tech Brandon Danger, according to The San Jose Mercury News. The two had been accused of forced oral copulation with a 17-year-old girl, but prosecutors and defense attorneys said a video recording contradicted the girl's claims.

An Alameda County assistant district attorney told the newspaper that the video taken after a concert in Oakland, CA, last week shows the girl led people to believe she was older, and that she was not forced into the sex act.
