No Doubt [ tickets ] will kick off its first tour in five years May 16 at Tiger Jam [ tickets ] XII at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas. The event benefits the Tiger Woods Foundation and select Las Vegas-based charities, according to a press release.

The long-awaited return of No Doubt will be preceded by an evening of top-notch epicurean fare and exclusive live and silent auctions featuring one-of-a-kind luxury items, according to organizers. Woods, who created the event in 1998 to help empower young people to maximize their potential, will welcome the band to the stage for the first time after a long hiatus during which lead singer Gwen Stefani released two successful solo albums and toured as a solo artist.

"I'm thrilled No Doubt is kicking off their tour at Tiger Jam," the golf superstar said in a statement. "They are amazing performers and I'm honored they are helping raise funds and awareness for the millions of young people my Foundation supports."

Stefani and her bandmates--Tony Kanal, Tom Dumont and Adrian Young--will be joined at Tiger Jam by Paramore and The Sounds. Previous Tiger Jam headliners include Prince, Stevie Wonder, Sting, the Eagles, Celine Dion, Van Halen and Bon Jovi, among others.

Tiger Jam has raised more than $11 million for the Tiger Woods Foundation and Las Vegas-based charities. The foundation has reached an estimated 10 million youth ages 8-17, addressing character education, volunteer service and career exploration.

Concert tickets, which will be limited to eight per person, will go on sale March 7. Detailed information is available at the event website.

No Doubt's upcoming tour will stop at amphitheaters and arenas in the US and Canada. Paramore will support on all dates, and the The Sounds, Janelle Monae and Bedouin Soundclash will rotate through the opening slot. Tour dates and on sale information will be announced soon.
