R&B singer Craig David hits the road in November
LONDON--R&B singer Craig David , who has been nominated for six awards at this year’s Music of Black Origin (MOBO) ceremony, will embark on a U.K. tour beginning on Nov. 18 in Plymouth, England. The 16-date venture will stop at midsize venues on the way before finishing at the Corn Exchange in Cambridge, England on Nov. 10.
The tour will be preceded by the release of the single "Walking Away" in October. David’s first album, "Born to Do It," is currently at No. 3 on the U.K. album chart and has sold over 600,000 copies since its release six weeks ago.
David’s MOBO nominations include Best R&B Act, Best Video and Best U.K. Newcomer. The winners will be announced on Oct. 4 in London.
