Featured Photos: Solange at The Mezzanine, San Francisco, CA - March 5, 2009

On Wednesday night (4/22), Beyonce told David Letterman the only way she can make contact with her little sister Solange these days is via Twitter. And if you've been following Solange on the site, you will agree; indeed, she may be up for the world record where twittering is concerned.

Despite common assumptions of sibling rivalry, Solange and Beyonce claim they're anything but competitive. "It's good to have her advice, but we really have different goals," Solange told Scotland On Sunday magazine. Still, Solange is credited with writing songs for Beyonce on more than one occasion.

Continuing her career upswing, Solange released her second album, "Sol-Angel and the Hadley St. Dreams," last year. The set was produced in part by Cee-Lo Green of Gnarls Barkley , with guest vocals by Lil Wayne among others.

LiveDaily's Tim Mosenfelder caught Solange when when she did a show last month in San Francisco. Here are some of his photos.
