Little Richard albums make CD debut

Three Little Richard albums from the 1970s will be released for the first time on CD June 23, according to a press release.

The albums--1970's "The Rill Thing," 1971's "King of Rock and Roll," and 1972's "The Second Coming"--originally were released during the rock-'n'-roller's stint at Reprise Records.

The reissues feature original songs as well as covers of songs originally recorded by a wide variety of artists, including Hank Williams and The Beatles.
