Taking place on the picturesque Columbia River Gorge, about 3 hours southeast of Seattle, the backdrop of the Sasquatch! Music Festival was as epic as the lineup.

Under mostly sunny skies, fans celebrated the Memorial Day holiday (5/23-25) listening to the music of headliners Nine Inch Nails , Jane's Addiction , Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Kings of Leon . Other performers included Mos Def , TV on the Radio , The Decemberists , King Khan and the Shrines , Airborne Toxic Event and Bon Iver , among others, and even some comedy by the likes of Maria Bamford and Zach Galifianakis .

The Sunday (5/24) turnout reportedly was the largest with approximately 20,000 people in attendance, but according the festival's website, camping for all 3 days was in such demand, organizers had to create an overflow area.

LiveDaily photographer Tim Mosenfelder was there with his cameras and here are some of his best shots.
