For the second year, the Rothbury [ tickets ] Festival will take place over the Fourth of July holiday weekend near the eastern shore of Lake Michigan. The four-day concert, which boasts a near zero waste production, will feature headliners Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson & Family and The Dead, as well as Think Tank, a mix of earth-conscious panel discussions, presentations with a focus on the "new green economy."
