No Depression magazine, which is now available only online, will extend its roots-music influence to its inaugural festival this summer. The one-day celebration will bring roots-based singer/songwriters and bands--such as Gillian Welch , Iron & Wine , Justin Townes Earle and Jesse Sykes & the Sweet Hereafter--to the Seattle area.
