Limp Bizkit headed to the Ultimate Fighting Championship
Limp Bizkit 's original lineup will make its first North American concert appearance in eight years July 10 at Mandalay Bay Beach in Las Vegas. The concert--which will help kick-off the festivities surrounding the Ultimate Fighting Championship 100 Expo weekend--will be the band's only performance in the US during its "Unicorns N' Rainbows" tour, according to a press release.
"We are proud that our first show in the USA with the original lineup in eight years will be in Las Vegas at UFC 100," Fred Durst said in a statement. "The ultimate fighting music has finally found its home with the Ultimate Fighting Championship."
As part of UFC Fan Expo, Limp Bizkit also will appear and sign autographs July 10 for one hour on the main stage beginning at 2 p.m.
The group's upcoming concert will be streamed live at UFC.com. Additional information--including ticketing locations--can be found at the UFC Fan Expo website.
Limp Bizkit also is gearing up to record its first new studio album with the original line-up since 2000's "Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water."
