Perez Hilton [ tickets ] filed a lawsuit yesterday (6/24) against Black Eyed Peas road manager Liborio "Polo" Molina for allegedly punching him in the face after the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto, according to a Reuters report.

Hilton, whose real name is Mario Lavandeira, filed the suit in Los Angeles, alleging battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress. He is seeking unspecified damages.

Hilton was allegedly hit Sunday (6/21) night outside a Toronto nightclub. He claims Molina was angry with him for making negative comments about the band's new album, "The E.N.D.," which was released last week.
