Maxwell [ tickets ] will return to the road this fall after wrapping a sold-out summer run behind his fourth album, "BLACKsummers'night." The R&B singer, who spent the summer on a 24-city club and theater tour of the US, has added a handful of Canadian dates and sporadic US arena shows to his fall schedule, which begins in late September. Common and Chrisette Michele will provide opening support for most shows.

Tickets go on sale Friday (8/14) in New York City; Washington, DC; and Toronto, and on Saturday (8/15) in Detroit and Richmond, VA.

Kelly Clarkson [ tickets ]'s "All I Ever Wanted" tour is gathering more steam, with the singer stretching her current trek into December. On the road, the former (and first) "American Idol" winner continues to support her fourth studio album, the chart-topping "All I Ever Wanted," which hit stores in March.

Tickets roll out Friday (8/14) in Las Vegas and Rosemont, IL, and on Saturday (8/15) in Uncasville, CT; Portland, ME; and Fairfax, VA.

Pearl Jam [ tickets ] has unveiled plans for a North American tour set to take place this fall as the band gets ready to support its forthcoming album, "Backspacer." The tour's Sept. 21 kick-off on the band's Seattle home turf comes the day after the Sept. 20 release of the new set, which is the group's ninth studio album.

Tickets for the veteran rockers' Vancouver, British Columbia concert go on sale Friday (8/14), while those for stops in West Valley City, UT; and Ridgefield, WA, surface Saturday (8/15).

Indie rockers Yeah Yeah Yeahs [ tickets ] have plugged some late-summer/early fall gaps in their schedule, with the band lining up fresh dates in support of its most recent studio album, "It's Blitz!"
