With $1.5 million worth of scholarships up for grabs, the 2010 "Sprite Step Off" contest has college fraternities and sororities all over the US dreaming big.

Featuring sets from such hip-hop artists as Ludacris [ tickets ], Lupe Fiasco [ tickets ], Kid Cudi [ tickets ] and B.o.B. [ tickets ], fans have plenty of incentive to participate. Augusto Elias--Sprite brand director / Coca-Cola North America said in a recent press release: "In 2010, Sprite wants to help spark a new wave of fresh thinking and creativity among multicultural young people and what better way than through the Sprite Step Off."

The National Finals for the competition will be held one week from this Saturday (2/20) in Atlanta. On Saturday (2/6) the last semifinals event took place at the Warfield Theatre in San Francisco, and LiveDaily photographer Tim Mosenfelder was there to get some shots.
