When blues music is done right, it taps into the solar plexus and cranks on the tears without warning. B.B. King has the skill to pull this off; anyone who's seen him live makes sure to pack some tissues.

The nearly 84 year old has chalked up so many Grammy Awards and accolades that it's no wonder there's a museum in his honor. The B.B. King Museum and Delta Interpretive Center in Indianola, MS, is celebrating its one-year anniversary next month (9/12), and it seems a safe bet King will make an appearance, since he will be in his home town, resting up for the fall leg of his current tour.

LiveDaily photographer Peter Keeling attended King's show in Morristown, NJ, on Tuesday (8/25), and here are some of his shots.
