Miley Cyrus postpones two dates

Miley Cyrus has postponed her planned Friday (10/2) night concert Omaha, NE, and her scheduled Saturday (10/3) show in Kansas City, MO, because of problems with her throat.
According to the Omaha World Herald, Cyrus reportedly fell ill earlier this week, and at one point during her Salt Lake City concert Tuesday night (9/29), left the stage with flu-like symptoms. She reportedly returned to the stage after about 15 minutes and finished the show.
Posts on Cyrus' Twitter account over the past several days seem to indicate that strep throat is the primary cause the Omaha delay. The cure? Cyrus has been tweeting about watching films (Disney, of course) and eating a lot of Popsicles.
The Omaha show has been rescheduled for Oct. 13, and the Kansas City show is now set for Oct. 17. All paperless tickets for the postponed shows will be honored on the rescheduled date. Refunds also are available.
