Goth-metal act Type O Negative [ tickets ] has mapped headlining dates for fall with sister act Seventh Void along for the ride as opening support.

Type O's lead guitarist and drummer--Kenny Hickey and Johnny Kelly, respectively--will take on double duty during the trek, performing two separate sets as members of both bands. The outing kicks off Oct. 16 in Sayreville, NJ, and runs through an Oct. 31 Halloween show in Detroit. Dates are below.

On the road, the Type O Negative continues to support 2007's "Dead Again." The album--the band's seventh and first for SPV Records--debuted at No. 27 on The Billboard 200 and No. 2 on the magazine's Top Independent Album's chart.

The set was re-released in February of last year with a companion DVD, including live footage, interviews and music videos. A 3-LP vinyl edition is also available, which includes a T-shirt and 12-page booklet.

The band recently re-released its debut album, 1991's "Slow, Deep and Hard." The remastered set features the bonus track "Hey Pete," along with new liner notes and rare photos.

Seventh Void, which also features guitarist Matt Brown and bassist Hank Hell, released its debut album, "Heaven is Gone," this spring.
