Hinder unleashes short Midwest run
Hard-rockers Hinder have scheduled a handful of fall shows as they continue to support their 2008 sophomore set, "Take It To The Limit."
Beginning Nov. 13 in Columbia, MO, the Oklahoma-born outfit will hit the tour trail for a two-week trek that stops by clubs throughout the Midwest. The nine-date outing currently ends with a Nov. 25 performance in Houston. Details are shown below.
Hinder, which spent part of the summer on tour with Nickelback, released its second studio album last November. The record landed at No. 4 on The Billboard 200 and at Nos. 2 and 3 on the magazine's Top Hard Rock Albums chart and Top Rock Albums chart, respectively.
The effort's latest single, "Loaded and Alone," is currently streaming at the band's MySpace page.
Hinder penned the new set in various locations around North America, including Florida and the Canadian winter-resort town of Whistler, British Columbia.
"We had a couple of destination trips for writing sessions," drummer Cody Hanson explained in an interview with LiveDaily last fall. "Austin and myself went down to Florida for one at a beach house right on the water. It was pretty awesome. We did another one up in Whistler up in the mountains, which was great as well. We did the rest of the writing on the road. It was a little bit faster and a little bit easier this time."
