Veteran roots-rockers Los Lobos [ tickets ] have filled out the fall portion of their in-progress run in anticipation of their forthcoming new album, "Los Lobos Goes Disney," and their itinerary includes a stop at the White House.

The US road trip continues tonight (10/14) in Fresno. Since last check, seven shows have been added to the 23-date schedule, including stops in Norman, OK (10/28); Milwaukee, WI (10/31); and Bloomington, IN (11/20). Details are shown below.

"Los Lobos Goes Disney," which hits shelves Oct. 27, will be the LA-based outfit's first release on the Shout! Factory label. The set features covers of 13 classics from Disney films and theme parks.

"We're really happy about it," sax player Steve Berlin said about the new album in a press release. "The kids record doesn't sound like a kids record. It just sounds like Los Lobos playing funky old songs, so I imagine over time we'll probably be integrating some of these songs into our set."

The Disney-themed set follows the band's 13th studio effort, "The Town and The City," which surfaced in 2006.

In related news, Los Lobos will take part in the National Hispanic Heritage Month celebration at the White House tomorrow (10/15). The 60-minute program, which will air live on PBS stations nationwide, will also feature Marc Anthony, Jimmy Smits, Gloria Estafan, George Lopez, Thalia and Aventura, among others.
