Stellastarr* hits big-city clubs behind 'Civilized'
Indie-rockers Stellastarr* * have plotted an intimate club tour this fall behind their recent summertime release, "Civilized."
The month-long trek crisscrosses the nation, beginning on the East Coast with a Nov. 16 performance in Orlando. The 11-date outing works its way west for a trio of California shows in early December before concluding with a Dec. 18 concert in Boston. The full itinerary is shown below.
Brooklyn-based Stellastarr* released "Civilized," its third studio set, in July and followed up with a summer club tour that ran through early August. The group launched its self-titled debut in 2003, followed by 2005's "Harmonies for the Haunted," which peaked at No. 12 on Billboard's Top Heatseekers album chart.
"Graffiti Eyes" and "Warchild," two songs from the group's latest set, are currently streaming at the band's MySpace page, along with a music video for "Graffiti Eyes."
