Album Chart: Michael Buble maintains grip on No. 1
Michael Buble 's "Crazy Love," which last week debuted atop the US album chart, will stay put after posting a 55% increase over its debut-week sales total.
After moving 132,000 copies during an abbreviated first week of release, "Crazy Love" racked up sales of 203,000 copies during its first proper week in stores, according to Nielsen SoundScan retail figures as reported by Billboard. The feat will keep the album in the top slot on The Billboard 200, with the "The Twilight Saga: New Moon" soundtrack following at No. 2 after moving 115,000 copies during its first week on shelves.
Jay-Z 's "The Blueprint 3" follows at No. 3 with 55,000 copies sold, Barbra Streisand 's "Love is the Answer" stays put at No. 4 with 49,000 copies, and Miley Cyrus ' "The Time of Our Lives" is up three places to No. 5 with 40,000 copies.
Rounding out the Top 10 are the Black Eyed Peas ' "The E.N.D." at No. 6 with just shy of 40,000 copies; Taylor Swift 's "Fearless" at No. 7 with 33,000 copies; The Flaming Lips ' "Embryonic" at No. 8 with about 32,000 copies; Mario 's "D.N.A." at No. 9 with slightly less than 32,000 copies; and Mariah Carey 's "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel" at No. 10.
