Juliana Hatfield ready to spread 'Peace and Love'

Juliana Hatfield will release her 11th solo album, entitled "Peace And Love," on Feb. 16, according to a press release.

The album takes Hatfield's DIY ethic to a new level; she produced and engineered the release as well as playing all of the instruments, including acoustic and electric guitars, piano, harmonica and drum machine.

Hatfield, who came into the public eye as a member of the Boston indie band the Blake Babies, released four independent albums with the group before launching a solo career. She founded her own label, Ye Olde Records, in 2005. Her most recent album, "How To Walk Away," was released in 2008. Her autobiography, "When I Grow Up," also came out last year.
