Indie rockers Rookie of the Year [ tickets ] are preparing to launch a fall run behind their forthcoming new EP, "Since I Left Your World."

The six-week road trip kicks off Sunday (11/8) with a performance in Orlando, and the band--along with fellow indie outfit In Passing--will concentrate on the eastern portion of the US, stopping by clubs in 25 cities through a Dec. 16 concert in San Antonio. Details are below.

Rookie of the Year will unveil "Since I Left Your World," the group's fourth release and first EP, Nov. 17. Fans can listen to the title track and pre-order the new record at the band's MySpace page.

The forthcoming EP follows the group's 2008 release, "Sweet Attention," which landed at No. 21 on Billboard's Heatseekers chart and No. 9 on the magazine's Alternative New Artist chart.

The North Carolina-based trio--composed of singer/songwriter Ryan Dunson, guitarist Mike Kamerman and keyboardist/guitarist Daniel Kerrigan--will add bassist Zack Reichert and drummer Jordan Young to their touring lineup.
