Taylor Swift to open CMA Awards show
Taylor Swift will perform the opening number tomorrow (11/11) at "The 43rd Annual CMA Awards" show, according to a press release. Swift, who was CMA's 2007 Horizon Award-winner, is nominated for four awards this year: Entertainer, Female and Album for "Fearless, and Music Video for "Love Story." She also could receive a second trophy for producing "Fearless" with Nathan Chapman.
As previously announced, Carrie Underwood; Keith Urban; Dave Matthews with Kenny Chesney; Vince Gill and Daughtry; Kid Rock and Jamey Johnson; and Tim McGraw will be among the other artists performing during the show.
This year's CMAs, hosted by Brad Paisley and Underwood, will air live from the Sommet Center in Nashville on the ABC Television Network.
