Flyleaf Gallery Spotlight: New York City - Nov. 18, 2009
Texas based alt-rockers Flyleaf must feel like they're floating on air these days--their brand new album, "Memento Mori," debuted at No. 8 on The Billboard 200 chart last week.
Selling huge numbers of albums isn't anything new for the group, though; Flyleaf's 2005 self-titled debut also made the charts, and has since gone on to achieve platinum status.
Last month, after an appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live," Flyleaf kicked off a brief club and theater tour. This weekend they will be in Baltimore (11/20) and Philadelphia (11/21), and Monday (11/23) the tour wraps up at Center Stage in Atlanta. Last night (11/18). LiveDaily photographer Christopher Owyoung attended their show at Gramercy Theater in New York City, and here are the results.
