Never Shout Never [ tickets ], the musical alias of 18-year-old singer/songwriter Christofer Drew Ingle, will embark on a winter acoustic tour that will pave the way for his forthcoming mini-album, "What Is Love?"

The tour gets underway Dec. 19 in Philadelphia, and will hit 23 cities before concluding Jan. 30 in Lawrence, KS. Details are included below.

Recorded in Los Angeles and London and produced by Butch Walker (Weezer, Katy Perry), "What Is Love?" is due in stores Jan. 26. The video for the title track from the eight-song album will premiere Dec. 15 at Ingle's MySpace page.

On Dec. 8, Never Shout Never will release an EP exclusively through clothing/lifestyle retailer Hot Topic. The disc will feature two songs from the forthcoming "What Is Love?" (the title track and "Jane Doe"), a live track and b-side, along with two music videos.

Ingle began recording music in the fall of 2007 and putting the results on his MySpace page, which quickly became a popular destination for his new flock of fans. The first Never Shout Never release, "The Yippee EP," appeared on Ingle's own Loveway Records imprint in July of last year.
