Atlanta-based indie-rockers Manchester Orchestra [ tickets ] have worked out a late-winter headlining run of the US in support of last year's "Mean Everything to Nothing."

The quintet will hit the stage Jan. 29 in Salt Lake City, followed by performances in 18 cities from Florida (2/26-2/28) to Washington state (3/13). The full itinerary is shown at right.

The Features and O'Brother will handle opening support for the entire tour, while Chris Staples (2/26-3/4) and Biffy Clyro (3/6-3/15) will split the tour dates.

Manchester Orchestra's second studio effort, "Mean Everything to Nothing," hit shelves last April and peaked at No. 37 on The Billboard 200 and No. 8 on the magazine's Alternative Albums chart.

"We just tried to make the biggest-sounding record that we could," frontman Andy Hull explained in an interview with LiveDaily last year. "That was our goal. The last record we had released, we [wrote and recorded it] when we were much younger. So this is just very easy and smooth to write and difficult to record, but mostly because we were doing it all live."
