Leonard Cohen reschedules European dates
Leonard Cohen has rescheduled a run of European dates due to a back injury. Cohen recently suffered a compression injury in his lower back while exercising and has been advised by his doctor to allow time to heal, according to a press release.
Cohen's physicians advised the artist to follow the typical regimen of four to six months physical therapy prescribed for athletes with similar injuries. "Doctors have confirmed that Mr. Cohen is otherwise in terrific shape, thanks to years of exercise and careful diet, and simply needs appropriate time to recover from the lower back injury," Cohen's manager said in a statement.
