Bullet For My Valentine to bring 'Fever' stateside
Welsh metalcore act Bullet For My Valentine will spend a month on the US tour trail this spring in support of their forthcoming third studio set, "Fever."
The band--singer/guitarist Matt Tuck, guitarist Michael Paget, bassist Jason James and drummer Michael Thomas--will begin the road trip with an April 30 stop in Worcester, PA. The club tour will visit 20 markets before finishing up with a May 30 performance in Detroit. The full schedule is shown at right.
Special guests Chiodos and Airbourne will handle opening duties.
Bullet For My Valentine is set to release "Fever," its third studio effort, April 27, though the album's first single, "Your Betrayal," is currently in rotation at alternative radio stations nationwide.
Produced by Don Gilmore (Linkin Park) and recorded in both Wales and Los Angeles, "Fever" will follow the group's 2008 set, "Scream Aim Fire." That album sold more than a million copies worldwide and reached gold status in the UK and Canada, according to the band's website.
