Dave Koz taps Jonathan Butler for co-headlining run

Renowned saxophonist Dave Koz will embark on a co-headlining tour this summer with singer/songwriter Jonathan Butler in anticipation of impending albums for each.
The "Dave Koz and Jonathan Butler Together Again" road trip begins May 14 in New Haven, CT, crisscrossing the nation a couple times over the course of four months before finishing with a two-night stand Aug. 28-29 in Temecula, CA. The full 23-city schedule is shown at right.

Most dates will feature special guest Sheila E, while a couple will include Peabo Bryson. Tickets are available now via Ticketmaster.
Both musicians will be performing in support of impending albums. Butler will unveil "So Strong" May 11, while Koz is planning to release his latest set this fall, according to a press release.
Koz will give audiences a preview of the new material, as well as perform classics from his back catalogue such as "You Make Me Smile," "Faces of the Heart" and "Honey Dipped."
Last year, Koz was honored with a star on Hollywood Boulevard's Walk of Fame.
