Bryan Adams resumes touring with North American trek
Bryan Adams will embark on a North American tour early next month, according to his management. The outing will get underway in Adams’ native Canada, and will then move to the U.S. in March.
Tickets for a number of shows are set for release on Friday and Saturday (1/12, 1/13), according to Adams’ official website.
Last month, Adams ended the year with an eight-date tour of western Canada that followed a November run through the Middle East and an October jaunt through Europe. He also performed two songs for the Pope at the "Christmas at the Vatican" concert in Rome, Italy, on Dec. 16. According to his website, one of those songs was written especially for the occasion.
“Best of Me” (Phantom), a 1999 greatest hits compilation that also features some new songs, is Adams’ most recent release; the album was not released in the U.S. His 1998 release “On a Day Like Today” (A&M) is his most recent album of all-new material.
