Doctors in Nashville have upgraded Johnny Cash, who was recently hospitalized for pneumonia, from serious condition to satisfactory condition, according to the Associated Press.

According to a press release, "The Ryman Auditorium announced today the donation of seven autographed Ryman Limited Edition Acoustic Guitars to be offered for sale on eBay. A portion of the proceeds from the sale of these guitars will go to the Opry Trust Fund," which "gives financial assistance in time of need, emergency or catastrophe to people who were or are actively engaged in the country music industry."
