Puff Daddy Talks Tour Plans
Sean "Puffy" Combs plans to embark on world tour that will last up to two years, beginning in January. The rapper/record company mogul, who is promoting his new album "Forever," revealed the tour plans during a recent Yahoo! Internet chat.
''I'm trying to hit all countries, wherever they will have me,'' Puffy told the chat room. ''South Africa, Guam, Iceland -- everywhere.''
Combs said he is currently on a 30-city promotional tour ''where I have a private plane we're leasing, going from city to city doing retail, meeting my fans, and touching as many people as we possibly can.'' He recently kicked off his whirlwind of promotional efforts with a party hosted by Bad Boy Entertainment president Andre Harrell at the Key Club in New York.
Puffy's upcoming world tour will more than likely emulate the successful Puff Daddy & The Family ''No Way Out'' tour of 1997-98, which featured Combs and a rotating cast of artists from his Bad Boy label.
Unconfirmed rumors place Puffy at Miami Arena for a New Year's Eve performance.
