The Rollins Band augments Warped schedule with headlining shows
The Rollins Band has announced a series of headlining dates during its days off from this year's Warped tour, along with some pre- and post-Warped dates.
Fronted by former Black Flag singer Henry Rollins , the Rollins Band hits Warped July 31-Aug. 9. It will perform two headlining dates on July 26-27 in California, but will officially kick off its own jaunt on Aug. 10. The run is currently scheduled through Sept. 1, but more dates will be added soon, according to its spokeswoman.
The Rollins Band releases its new record, the curiously titled "Nice" (Sanctuary), on Aug. 21. The album is the follow-up to 2000's "Get Some Go Again" (DreamWorks).
Since 1998, Rollins has been joined by guitarist Jim Wilson, bassist Marcus Blake and drummer Jason Mackenroth.
