Now in its 31st year, Seattle’s annual Bumbershoot festival is set to kick off at the Seattle Center on Aug. 31. The massive, four-day event will feature performances by a wide array of artists that includes the Black Crowes, the Rollins Band, Ratdog, Loretta Lynn , Mos Def and David Lee Roth.

Other artists scheduled to perform include Ween , Jurassic 5 & Dilated Peoples, Marshall Crenshaw, Stephen Malkmus, Reverend Horton Heat , Rufus Wainwright, Neko Case, Rusted Root and John Hammond.

A lengthy list of all of the acts scheduled to appear, as well as detailed schedule information, can be found at Bumbershoot’s official website.

In addition to nationally and regionally known musical acts, the festival will also feature performance artists, visual arts exhibits and over 100 new American-made short films, according to event organizers.

Tickets to the annual festival are on sale now for $12 per day, and will rise to $16 on the day of the event, according to the event’s website.

The Bumbershoot festival will take place at the Seattle Center, a 74-acre park--originally built as the site of the 1962 World Fair--that will house over 20 stages during the Labor Day-weekend festival. The event will also include an all-electronica venue dubbed the Electro-Deck, and an indie-label showcase dubbed the BumberClub, which will take place at the Experience Music Project’s Sky Church venue.
