Modest Mouse plans a month on the club circuit

Issaquah, Wash., rock trio Modest Mouse is kicking off an extensive tour on Sept. 7 in support of its forthcoming EP "Everywhere and His Nasty Parlour Tricks," which is due in stores on Sept. 25.

The itinerary, which includes more than 20 cities, includes multiple-night stands in a handful of cities including Portland, Ore., Los Angeles and Newport, Ky.

"Everywhere And His Nasty Parlour Tricks" (Epic) features tracks from Modest Mouse's out-of-print, vinyl-only "Night on the Sun" EP, along with three new studio recordings and a re-mix of several songs from "The Moon and Antarctica," Modest Mouse’s major-label full-length debut.

The band is vocalist-guitarist Isaac Brock, bassist Eric Judy and drummer Jeremiah Green.
