Britney Spears pushes back start of tour
The start of Britney Spears ' North American tour has been pushed back one day to Nov. 1 due to production delays, according to her publicist.
Instead of opening on Oct. 31 in Washington, D.C., the tour is now scheduled to get underway in Columbus, Ohio, on Nov. 1. Her Washington, D.C., show has been moved to Dec. 21.
In another itinerary tweak, her Dec. 4 appearance at New York's Madison Square Garden has been rescheduled for Dec. 5.
Those holding tickets for the Washington, D.C., and New York shows may use them on the make-up dates. Refunds are also available at the point of purchase.
According to her publicist, Spears is currently rehearsing in Columbus.
Spears third album, "Britney" (Jive) is due in stores on Nov. 6.
