Daniel Ash plans March club dates
Daniel Ash --former guitarist for Bauhaus , Tones on Tail and Love and Rockets--has announced plans for a major North American tour slated to kick off March 1.
Six shows have been scheduled, but Ash is expected to hit at least 30 markets on this tour. His spokesman added that more cities will be announced as the shows are confirmed.
Ash is touring in support of his forthcoming self-titled album from Psychobaby Records. The hour-long CD is scheduled to hit stores on Feb. 5 in the United States and Canada. The first single, "Spooky," is available via Ash's official website.
The 17-minute "Spooky" EP features remixes by DJ Keoki and DJ Freeze and sells for $6. Earlier this year, Ash co-wrote and provided the vocals and guitar on the title track of DJ Keoki’s album "Jealousy" (Moonshine).
In other Ash news, Starburst is using the Tones on Tail song "Go" in its radio and television commercials
