Oasis [ tickets ] has been added to the roster for this year's Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, and will headline on the second day of the April 27 and 28 event, according to the band's official website. Foo Fighters [ tickets ] and the Prodigy [ tickets ] are also scheduled to perform on the 28th.

As previously reported, Bjork will headline the festival's first night.

Tickets for the Coachella festival, which is now in its third year, are scheduled to go on sale on March 2 and will cost $65, plus fees and parking charges, according to Oasis' website.

On Feb. 26, Interscope/UTV Records will release "Live & Unreleased from Farmclub.com," featuring 16 performances from the cable show "Farmclub.com," including the N.W.A. reunion with Dr. Dre, Ice Cube and MC Ren.

Also included are performances from Eminem, Ja Rule and Limp Bizkit.

David Bowie has been named the artistic director of Great Britain's Meltdown 2002 festival. He will create a festival of events to be staged at the Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall and Purcell Room on London's South Bank from June 14-30. The full lineup for the event will be announced soon.

Previous participants in the festival have included Radiohead, Blur, Elvis Costello and Spiritualized.

Incubus will announce its spring tour plans at a Friday (2/15) press conference.

Newly confirmed Grammy performers include Destiny's Child (who will be joined by Alejandro Sanz), Train and Alan Jackson. The awards will air live on CBS on Feb. 27.

Previously confirmed performers include 'NSync with Nelly, Dave Matthews Band, Alicia Keys and several artists from the "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" soundtrack.
