Saliva, Hed(Pe) tapped for Jagermeister Music Tour

Jagermeister's second-annual package tour will feature co-headliners Saliva and Hed(Pe), and show-openers Breaking Benjamin, Systematic and Stereomud.

The tour, which is sponsored by German liquor manufacturer Jagermeister, gets underway in early March, and is booked into theater-sized venues.

Memphis quintet Saliva is touring behind its second major-label release, last November's "Back Into Your System." The group is in the midst of its own headlining outing, and will head to Europe for much of February before returning to kick off the Jagermeister jaunt.

Shortly after the Jagermeister Music Tour starts, Hed(Pe) releases the follow-up to "Broke," its 2000 debut album. Titled "Blackout," the new album is due in stores on March 18.

Systematic is in the studio working on its sophomore effort, "Pleasure to Burn." The album's complete track list is posted at the band's official website. The group plans to release the album this spring, though no date has been announced.

Breaking Benjamin released its debut album, "Saturate," in August of last year. Hollywood Records is streaming the entire album at its Breaking Benjamin website.

Stereomud will release its second album, "Every Given Moment," in February or March, according to the group's official website. The album is the follow-up to the group's 2001 debut, "Perfect Self."

The first Jagermeister Music Tour took place last March, and featured Drowning Pool, Coal Chamber and Ill Nino.
