Dozens of clubs play host to the Used

By the time May rolls around, hard-working rockers the Used will have played concerts this year in just about every U.S. region--as well as a Japanese date and 10 European gigs.

The quartet--which hails from Orem, Utah--is on the road behind its self-titled debut album, which hit stores last year. The single "Buried Myself Alive"--the video for which is streaming at the group's official website--has been getting airplay on MTV.

MTV viewers have also been introduced to the Used via Kelly Osbourne's romance with frontman Bert McCracken, some of which has been chronicled on "The Osbournes."

Performances by the Used tend to be raucous affairs--so much so that McCracken has been known to lose his lunch onstage. "Sometimes, there's no way in hell I can keep it down," McCracken said in his record company biography. "I just love to scream in people's faces and sometimes it makes me puke."

The Used is touring with Finch through February, and will be on the road with Coheed & Cambria from March 21-April 16. Thrice opens from April 18-May 8.

"The Used" was recorded in Los Angeles at the home studio of producer John Feldmann (Goldfinger, M.E.S.T.) and at London's Olympic Studios.
