Godsmack, LL Cool J, Sheryl Crow, others on Music Midtown bill
Bob Dylan, Sheryl Crow , LL Cool J , Tony Bennett, Eve, Def Leppard and India.Arie are among the artists who will perform at this May's 10th-anniversary incarnation of Atlanta's annual Music Midtown festival.
The three-day event--set for May 2nd through May 4th--will also include performances from Godsmack ; Crosby Stills & Nash; Steve Winwood; the Isley Brothers; the B-52's; Buddy Guy; Ashanti; Medeski, Martin & Wood; Ben Harper; Ratdog; Aimee Mann and Joe Cocker, according to a press release.
A complete list of the currently confirmed artists appears below, and more acts will be added, according to organizers.
Tickets for the festival hit the box office on Friday (3/14), and the price of a three-day pass is set at $45. Detailed information about the event--including a performance lineup, map, entrance restrictions and lodging information--is available at the official Music Midtown website.
Music Midtown first took place 10 years ago as a one-day event featuring acts on six stages. The three-day festival now draws approximately 300,000 people per year and features more than 120 international, national and local artists performing on 11 stages located on a 42-acre complex in Atlanta.
