Summer outing teams Jackson Browne, Steve Earle, Keb' Mo'
Jackson Browne , Steve Earle and Keb' Mo' will join forces for a summer tour that's scheduled to take to the road in late June and visit amphitheaters in more than two-dozen cities.
Browne--a German-born, California-raised singer-songwriter--released just two albums during the 1990s. He eased his way back into the public eye last year with some touring--including many dates with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers--and a new album titled "The Naked Ride Home."
Country maverick Earle continues to support his critically acclaimed 2002 album, "Jerusalem," which was nominated for this year's GRAMMY® award in the Best Contemporary Folk Album category. (Nickel Creek's "This Side" ended up winning the award.)
Earle is also set to launch his own spring tour in late April.
Blues musician Keb' Mo', who hasn't released a new CD since 2001's "Big Wide Grin," nonetheless continues a busy road schedule; the Los Angeles-born artist opens a new round of solo-acoustic dates in April.
In 1996, Keb' Mo' picked up a GRAMMY® in the Best Contemporary Blues Album category for his album "Just Like You." He won a second statue in the same category for his 1998 release "Slow Down."
