50 Cent to play Six Flags benefit
As part of the annual Six Flags summer concert series, 50 Cent will perform a benefit show at a New Jersey park later this month.
The multi-platinum rapper will take the stage Aug. 29 at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, NJ, with money raised benefiting The G-Unity Foundation, which provides grants to non-profit organizations that focus on improving the quality of life for low-income communities.
Tickets for the concert are available now via Six Flags outlets.
50 Cent, who is anticipating the Sept. 29 release of his fourth solo album, "Before I Self Destruct," joins the roster of more than 120 artists performing at Six Flags parks across the nation this summer.
