A former Blink 182 roadie has filed suit against the band, claiming that he deserves compensation for coming up with the title of the band's 2001 album "Take Off Your Pants and Jacket."

According to the lawsuit, the roadie alleges that band asked him for album-title suggestions, and agreed pay him "a reasonable value" for the idea. The roadie, Larry Palm, alleges that he was never paid, and is asking a Los Angeles court to place a value on his suggestion.
