Melissa Etheridge adds more multi-night runs to club outing
Etheridge's itinerary, which gets underway on Feb. 17 with four consecutive shows in West Hollywood, CA, now includes a March 2 stop in Las Vegas, as well as multi-night runs in Detroit, New York, Boston and Atlanta.
The new shows round out an itinerary that already included multiple shows in San Francisco, Anaheim, Denver, Chicago and Washington, DC.
Backing Etheridge on stage will be drummer Kenny Aronoff, bassist Mark Browne and guitarist Phillip Sayce.
The tour kick-off comes one week after the Feb. 10 release of "Lucky," the follow-up to 2002's "Skin." The new set features lead-off single "Breathe," which members of Etheridge's fan club can listen to at her website.
The day after the new album lands in stores, Etheridge will appear on "Last Call with Carson Daly." The show's production company is seeking "diehard fans to be part of this performance," according to Etheridge's website, which features information on how fans can apply to attend the event.
