Good Charlotte, Bad Religion, dozens more aboard for 10th Vans Warped Tour
The Vans Warped Tour returns this summer for its 10th trek across North America, sporting a lineup that includes Good Charlotte , Bad Religion , NOFX , New Found Glory , Thursday, Simple Plan , Bouncing Souls and Taking Back Sunday.
The outing kicks off on June 25, and runs for nearly two months. Organizers announced that a limited number of discounted tickets will be available for this year's outing via an Internet pre-sale that begins on Tuesday (2/10) at 6 p.m. Eastern Time at the event's official website.
To gain access to the pre-sale, fans must join the tour's mailing list. Mailing-list members will receive an emailed password beginning this week to access the ticketing page.
Fans who purchase a ticket via the pre-sale also will receive a copy of SideOneDummy Records' two-CD Warped Tour compilation, which features bands from the 2003 tour, according to a press release.
This year, the Warped Tour has partnered with the all-music television network Fuse, which will support the tour with programming tie-ins that feature tour promotional spots and tour date announcements. Fuse will also develop weekly programming related to bands appearing on the tour. In September, a two-hour, 10th anniversary Warped Tour concert special will air exclusively on Fuse.
