Rolling Rock Town Fair expands to four cities
The bill for the fifth edition of the Latrobe, PA-area's Rolling Rock Town Fair will feature Staind , Disturbed , N.E.R.D., The Crystal Method , Hoobastank, Sevendust , Finch, Finger Eleven , Three Days Grace and others. And for the first time, the festival will travel to other citiesl.
Last year--after spending its first three years at the Westmoreland County Fairgrounds, near Rolling Rock's home base of Latrobe--the event took place at Pittsburgh's Heinz Field. The Town Fair returns to its original home for this year's flagship event, which takes place on July 31.
"This is Rolling Rock Town Fair's homecoming," Rolling Rock marketing director Jon Genese said in a statement. "Our dedicated fans have come from all over the country to experience all that Rolling Rock Town Fair has to offer and that spirit has kept this concert thriving for the last four years."
Town Fairs are also set for Boston, Philadelphia and Seattle. The Boston show takes place at Suffolk Downs on June 12, and will feature Sevendust, Finch, Three Days Grace and more. On June 19, the festival moves to Philadelphia's Penn's Landing for a show featuring Sevendust, Finch, Finger Eleven, Three Days Grace and others. Seattle's King County Fairgrounds hosts the event on June 26, with Sevendust, Finch and Finger Eleven confirmed so far.
According to a press release, each show will feature "the cities' local flavor bands, in addition to big-name bands."
Ticket on-sale information hasn't been announced.
